Rotatrim Triple Guarantee

We are completely confident that once you receive your Rotatrim product you will be delighted with its quality and performance. If, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your machine, then we will do all we can to ensure that it is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our unique triple guarantee ensures that you can be completely confident in your purchase of a Rotatrim product for the entire lifetime of the machine.

Guarantee One – 14 Day ‘Returns Policy’

In the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, then please contact Rotatrim to gain an RMA (Return Mechandise Authorisation) within 14 calendar days of delivery

Once you have your RMA then simply return the product to Rotatrim, as new and in the original packaging for a full refund on the purchase price. The product must be returned in the original packaging and with a registered courier, to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit. Rotatrim can arrange a return courier service at cost (which due to our bulk purchasing agreement with our courier) may be less expensive than the cost for you to return the product. Alternatively, if you are local, then you can bring the product back to our Bedford facilities at no cost.

Guarantee Two – Manufacturer’s Guarantee (up to 5 Years)

All Rotatrim products come complete with a manufacturer’s guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship. The length of the guarantee is dependent on the product type and is detailed below: –

Products Qualifying for 12 Month Guarantee

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your machine as a result of original parts or faulty workmanship, then the machine will be repaired at no charge. This Guarantee is intended to cover any faulty parts or workmanship on the part of Rotatrim and unfortunately does not cover, damage through misuse or general wear and tear. In this case, please see our “Lifetime Labour Free Servicing Guarantee” (below)

Guarantee Three – Lifetime Labour Free Servicing

We are confident in the quality of our range of manual rotary trimmers, so much so, that if at any time during the products life, it needs servicing or repair, then we will never charge for labour, you will simply pay for the parts needed and any shipping costs, to and from Rotatrim. This does not apply to powered products. It is advised that your Rotatrim machine, is returned via a registered courier service and in appropriate packaging, in order to avoid damage in transit. We can provide a return service and packaging, at cost, should you require. Once the machine is received, we will asses and make recommendation on the parts needed and seek your approval, prior to commencing any work. If the machine is beyond economic repair, we may offer to supply a new product, at a discounted price. You will always be in complete control and will be informed at every stage of the repair process.
